HR for Managers > Learning From Failure

Successes and failures are both important parts of business, and are generally determined by our view of what we put in and what we get out of any given situation or endeavor. Given the likelihood of a perceived failure in business, it is important to remember that this is just part of the process, and a learning curve to gain valuable experience from moving forward. If you accept failures and learn from them, they can be just as valuable, if not more so, than the successes.
